Horseradish mayonnaise

Univer mayonnaise creates harmony as it softens the zesty hot taste of grated horseradish in vinegar. The product contains 45% mayonnaise. You can use horseradish mayonnaise to prepare sandwiches and salads, and it is an excellent ingredient for ham slice rolls and various cold platters. It will also suit cooked and roast meats.

Ingredients: horseradish cream 55% (grated horseradish 46%, water, spirit vinegar, sugar, refined sunflower oil, acid: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum; salt, preservatives: potassium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), mayonnaise 45% [refined sunflower oil 50%, water, mustard (water, spirit vinegar, mustard seed, sugar, salt), egg yolk juice (egg yolk 4.3%, salt), sugar, spirit vinegar, modified starch, salt, acid: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.]
