Apricot jam - reduced sugar and energy content

The quality of fruit, of our local ingredients, is the secret behind the superiority of Univer jams. During manufacturing, priority is placed on preserving the original taste of fruit, as a jam is nature itself preserved. It retains the flavours and aromas of summer for a time when gifts of nature are scarce. The energy and carbohydrate content of our diabetic jams is at least 50% lower than your average jam. These products contain no added glucose and sucrose.

Ingredients: Water, 35% apricot, fructose, gelling agent: pectin, acid: citric acid, sweetener: steviol glycosides.
