Light Mayonnaise

It is widely known that the classic Univer Mayonnaise has been Hungary’s favourite brand since 1975. Our novelty product, Univer Light Mayonnaise is an excellent choice for those watching their waistlines but still craving the delightful, silky taste of mayonnaise. The energy value of the product is less than half of that of the original Univer Mayonnaise.

Ingredients:water, refined sunflower oil (25%), sugar, spirit vinegar, modified starches, mustard (water, spirit vinegar, mustard seeds, sugar, salt), salt, whole egg powder (0.3%), stabilizer (xanthan gum), acid (lactic acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), colour (carotenes), antioxidants (calcium disodium EDTA).
