Mayonnaise

Univer Mayonnaise has been Hungary’s favourite mayonnaise since 1975. Our country learned to love this wonderful product in ready-to-use form thanks to Univer, and it continues to remain the definitive, benchmark taste that takes precedence over other mayonnaises that appear on the market. With no added preservatives, the market leading role of this product has been undiminished for years.

Ingredients: sunflower oil (66.6%), water, mustard (water, spirit vinegar, mustard seeds, sugar, salt), egg yolk liquid (egg yolk 3.5%, salt), sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, modified starch, thickener (xanthan gum), acids (citric acid, lactic acid), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
