Univer-Product Plc. created its Green Bond Framework in line with its ambitious sustainability goals and the principles of maximum transparency. The framework was successfully audited by Scope Group.

Univer-Product Plc. pays special attention to sustainability in all aspects of its operations. Our goal is for the company to minimize its negative impact on the environment. Our sustainability projects include priority investment areas (renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable water and wastewater treatment) as well as other significant projects (local raw material supply system and reference farm, development of recyclable packaging materials, shifting the company culture in the direction of sustainability, etc.).
We defined our aspirations in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, placing the greatest emphasis on the following Sustainable Development Goals due to the profile of our company:

• Industry, innovation and infrastructure
• Responsible consumption and production
• Climate action

In order to ensure that the ambitious sustainability goals of Univer-Product Plc. can be followed and evaluated with the greatest transparency, the company created its Green Bond Framework in July 2022, in full accordance with the Green Bond Principles of the International Capital Markets Association, with the support of Credit Management Group. This framework details the company's investments, investment plans and other projects based on its sustainability goals.

The Univer-Product Green Bond Framework was audited by Scope Group, the official result of which is the "Second Party Opinion" document issued in August 2022. Univer-Product is proud that its Green Bond Framework has achieved a "two green letter" rating, which is the second highest grade of the Scope Group's rating system. The evaluation of the framework highlights significant environmental contribution and alignment with selected market standards in all priority investment areas: renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable water and wastewater management.
